Hi all, now that we have found another place where we can go on chit-chatting, I´d like to ask you how you spend your spare time nowadays. Me I have been sticking with PC2 until about a year ago, always loving it. I was part of the Malzbierbude, where we enjoyed PC1 and PC2 right from the beginning. Well, last year we ended up racing with three or four drivers only, so I finally and with a heavy heart decided to switch to ACC as I was looking for a full grid. After getting the hang of the different handling and finding how detailed the car models are, I came to love that sim as much as I loved PC2 before. So this is where I spend my Friday nights at the moment. Every now and then I fire up AMS2, rF2 or PC2 (e.g. whenever I miss Nords or Le Mans) for some laps, but nothing serious. Really curious what the future will bring. And also curious to hear what you guys are doing to satisfy your need for speed.

I barely have time to play anything these days. Especially now that i have to do these excercises to heal my knee. Being an official THQN moderator also takes away from my free time, and of course the other communities i moderate.

Between getting out of bed and getting back into bed (and eating, can't forget that..) i waste my time as follows. A little PSN title i play called Gems of War takes up some time, as i do what i need to in there. It's a 3 match puzzle game with RPG elements. Then i fire up GT7 for a bit, and either work on a livery if i have one in progress, grind an event for some credits, or hit the online lobbies and look for a decent drift/hang out room. After that i'll then either play some Destiny 2 or Snowrunner until.. Oh hey look, it's midnight already. PS5 goes off and i spend the next few hours on the computer, doing things like coming here (and the old forum), watching random videos on Youtube, stuffing about with my 3d modelling program, making custom graphics for use in GT7, or playing a game called Planet Coaster. Which is a fun game.
And every second Friday night, i meet up with a few friends to play Dungeons & Dragons. We've not long started our 2nd campaign. (We're having a break from our first campaign..)

As long as I do not received my new sim gear, I play RDR2 on the Xbox series X. Looks stunning on this Xbox by the way. Still in love with this game..

Well I waste my time with this, (also posted on the Reiza forum by the way..)
Hi all,
I have a GTX 1080TI 11GB card which has 5 ports. That is, 2 x displayport and 2 x HDMI port and 1x dvi.
I had a iiyama 27inch triple screen setup. Sold it because I had no space anymore. Will not bother you guys with this story. But I always had issues with stuttering etc. Not in an enormous quantity but they were present. Now I recently played AMS 2 again on a single monitor I kept. Which has a res of 2550*1440p. Connected through a displayport connection. The games runs utterly smooth. Of course this is a much much lesser pixel count than with the triple screen setup, but I was wondering, Could it be that the game just does not run smooth when connected via 2 displayports and 1 HDMI port?
How do you triple screen racer’s have your triple screens connected? I presume I’m not the only one with a GFX card without 3 of the same ports. Mine is an MSI brand. I’m planning to buy a new set of screens because I really miss sim racing. I do not have a very new PC, Just an intel i7 8700k running at 5,0Ghz and a GTX 1080ti 11GB gfx card. Bought in 2018 If I’m correct.
so 3 simple 1080p screens are sufficient for me. It is just for simracing as the rest of the games I mostly play are played on the Xbox series x on my 4K TV.
all above said, is the use of 2 different ports on my GFX card the problem here? Will I see stutter again and will the screen quality be very different for the screen connected to HDMI compared to the 2 screens connected via Displayport?
whome can shine a light on this..

Right up there with AC Valhalla imo. I've played AC2 and had AC3 on my PS3 back in the day, those were fun. But then i kinda drifted away from the series. AC3 had a mission up towards the end (i think it was near the end, i never finished it lol) that was really frustratingly difficult. And i could not complete it. So the game went into the cupboard, and there it stayed. AC3 was good though, with the pirate stuff and setting traps to catch wild animals and enemies and all.

Not much of a racing sim so far. I am pretty surprised. Just go ahead.
